Stephen Williams brings over four decades of business leadership and strategic management experience to Xander’s Place. A lifelong entrepreneur, he has led companies in manufacturing, investment banking, and consulting—holding roles from Marketing Director to CEO & Chairman. Today, he serves as Director of the Tennessee Small Business Development Center at Roane State Community College, where he uses his experience to guide and mentor business owners across the region.
Stephen is no stranger to the nonprofit world, having served as a founding board member and two-term president of Appalachian Bear Rescue in partnership with TWRA and the National Park Service. His passion for service and proven leadership make him a vital part of our board, helping shape the vision and direction of Xander’s Place so we can continue empowering special needs families.
